• Turn-around time for all packages above is 1 month.

• A contract must be signed with all packages (full terms & conditions on contract).

• If you book me for a date, the payment must be made within 4 days from booking to
confirm booking or the date will be made available to other clients.

• Booking is only confirmed once payment has been made (and proof of payment received).
• Prices are for Langebaan only.

• An extra travelling fee of R3.50 p/km will be added for any other area, please contact me for a quotation. Please be sure to say if you want to take photos outside of Langebaan, before the contract is signed and payment made.

• Tania Snyman Photography reserves the right to change the packages and / or prices
without notice at any time.

• The full payment (to confirm booking) is not refundable if the Client cancels or changes
the engagement within 10 days leading up to the engagement.

• If the Client cancels the engagement at least 11 days before the engagement, the
photographer will refund the client 25% of the full payment received.

• The engagement’s date can only be changed at least 11 days before the scheduled
engagement, and only if the photographer can assist on another date.

• The engagement can only be rescheduled once. The Client will forfeit the payment that
was made after that, or if done within 10 days leading up to the engagement.

• If the photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified without prior notice, the
full payment (to confirm booking) shall be refunded to the Client.

• No photo may be edited, cropped or changed in any way without express written
permission from the photographer.

• Please give Tania Snyman Photography photo credit when uploading your photos onto
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, a blog, or any other form of social media.

• All photos remain the sole property of Tania Snyman Photography.
